The Spring Schoolwill provide an excellent opportunity to explore in-depth, current trends in ageing research on a number of key themes:
• New insights into ageing
• Ageing in urban environments
• Research methods
• The arts and ageing
• Experiences of growing old
• Engagement and participation
 
The programme will be hosted and led by members of the Centre for Social
Gerontology at Keele University who have been at the forefront of research,
teaching and policy development in the field of ageing for over 20 years.
Invited speakers, guest lectures, optional visits of interest and social events
will be part of our comprehensive programme providing participants with a
stimulating week of study, discussion, debate and networking.
