Details of our committee members and officers
The Society’s policies and constitution are approved by the membership
through the Annual General Meeting, as detailed in
The Constitution.
There is provision for Extraordinary General Meetings. The Society's
affairs are directed by the Executive Committee of 15 members, including
the three honorary officers, the President, Secretary and Treasurer. In
addition, co-opted members include the President-Elect, Secretary-Elect
and Treasurer-Elect and the organiser of the next Annual Conference.
The Executive Committee meets on four occasions each year.

Administrator
Rachel Hazelwood provides administrative support to the executive
committee and acts as the initial point of contact for all internal and
external enquiries to the society. She is also responsible for the
day-to-day running and maintenance of the website. She works
closely with the Society Secretary regarding all administrative matters
to do with the organisation and membership of the society and coordinates the meetings
