"Living with chronic illness as we age” – a hybrid research dissemination and knowledge exchange event.

With this online and in-person event, we aim to:

- Disseminate latest state-of-art research on chronic illnesses - Highlight strategies and recommendations to support daily living - Share and exchange knowledge with invited representatives of community groups
