Event Type:
Workshop
Date:
13 February 2026
Location:
Iris Murdoch Building, University of Stirling, FK9 4LA, Scotland
We would like to draw your attention to an upcoming workshop on Thursday 13 February to be held at the University of Stirling. The Dementia Services Development Centre (DSDC) are cohosting the workshop with the ZeDTech Network, which focuses on the development, evaluation and implementation of technologies to support people living with dementia.

The event is a unique opportunity to brainstorm and co-develop research ideas to develop zero- or low burden, sustainable technologies that support independent living for people with dementia; ensure equitable access by addressing inequalities and digital exclusion; and create solutions that can scale nationally and integrate into health and social care systems. The event will also explore ideas around key areas of dementia need, such as: mobility, communication, everyday living, health monitoring, and carer support. They will also introduce their funding call. • Funding for projects up to £100,000 • Project duration: 12–24 months • 80% FEC, making this a relatively attractive and accessible call • Open to early stage, exploratory and developmental projects, including pilot work You can register for the event via this link: https://imperial.eu.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_08UyufolPI2MQPc
