Dr Martin Hyde, Associate Professor of Gerontology at the University of Swansea shares his expertise on how to make the most of social media platforms for research. From engaging with stakeholders, to creating networks, and making others aware of your work, social media is increasingly used by researchers in gerontology. Martin will share his experiences of using social media to generate impact in research and some advice to those new to, or already familiar with, social media.
