With continued pressures facing the NHS, Urgent Community Response Services (UCRS) have never been needed more. Since their introduction in the NHS Long-Term Plan, Urgent Community Response Services have played a pivotal role in reducing hospital admissions & delivering urgent care within a patient’s own home.

In this conference we will explore how a diverse range of healthcare professionals have developed effective solutions within Urgent Care Response teams to tackle day one emergency care and reduce A&E admissions and hospital stays.
