Location: London College of Fashion, University of the Arts
Salary: £20,000 per year full-time fees and stipend (pro-rata part-time)

The doctoral study will intersect and be supported by London College of Fashion’s Visual Arts and Better Living Research agenda (www.arts.ac.uk/fashion/research). In addition, it will be linked with University College London’s Institute of Neurology’s Dementia Research Centre, forming part of the legacy of the ‘Created Out of Mind’ residency at The Hub at Wellcome Collection (www.createdoutofmind.org), which supported a multidisciplinary research approach toward the arts and dementias, working with people with dementias and neuroscientists, psychologists, gerontologists, carers, visual artists, musicians, curators and a wide range of arts organisations. The award supports full-time study however part-time study is preferred so that this may evolve in sync with the legacy of the ‘Created Out of Mind’ residency.
