Co-creating a construction work environment to meet the needs of an ageing workforce
Location: Leeds, UK
Salary: A highly competitive EPSRC Doctoral Training Partnership Studentship offering the award of fees, together with a tax-free maintenance grant (currently £19,237 academic session 2024/25) for 3.5 years.

Join the Ageing Intervention Development Lab (AID Lab) at the University of Leeds if you are passionate about creating an age-friendly construction industry. We are looking for a dedicated researcher to join our project, co-creating a construction work environment to meet the needs of an ageing workforce. Age friendly interventions will be inspired by emerging technologies, such as wearable tech. The outcome of this project will improve equity, social justice, and inclusivity for ageing persons within the construction industry.
