Registration Terms and Conditions

Early Bird registration will be accepted up to midnight on 29 April 2021. Standard registration will be available up until 30th June 2021. If you want to register after this date please contact the conference secretariat.
Full payment must be made in advance, at the point of registration. Our registration system, Oxford Abstracts, uses Stripe for payment processing.
Regrettably BSG is unable to produce invoices for the Conference and is sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
All registration forms and full payment should be received by the final closing date of 31 May 2021. If full payment is not received by this date, an attendee will not be registered for the Conference.
Refunds may be requested up to midnight on 30 June 2021. Refunds are subject to a £25 non-refundable administration fee. Refunds may not be processed until after the conference. Cancellations received after this date are fully non-refundable.
In the unlikely event of the conference being cancelled the Conference Organisers (BSG), will not be liable for reimbursing any incidental expenses incurred by registered participants in connection with their attendance at the conference. Registered participants should ensure that they have appropriate insurance cover in place to cover such incidental expenses prior to making a booking.
