Registration Terms and Conditions

All tickets are non-refundable.
Full payment must be made in advance, at the point of registration. Our registration system, Oxford Abstracts, uses Paypal for payment processing. You will therefore need a valid debit or credit card.
All registration forms and PO's should be received by the final closing date of 30th May 2024. If full payment is not received by this date, an attendee will not be registered for the Conference.
In the unlikely event of the conference being cancelled the Conference Organisers (BSG), will not be liable for reimbursing any incidental expenses incurred by registered participants in connection with their attendance at the conference. Registered participants should ensure that they have appropriate insurance in place to cover such incidental expenses prior to making a booking.
