As usual the event will begin with a buffet lunch and time to network
and socialise, learn about others’ research and interests, and look at
posters and other materials. In the afternoon there will be three
research presentations. Lindsay Dingwall, University of Dundee, will
talk about her study on Comparing illness representations and treatment perception of urinary incontinence in older people and nursing students. Jane Robertson, University of Stirling, will speak about her PhD research: Making sense and finding meaning: narratives about the quality of an ordinary life with dementia. Then Mike Ramsay, University of Dundee, will present his research on Community nursing dementia service models: a scoping review. There will be time for discussion after each presentation.
