Journal of Population Ageing now available: special rate for BSG members

 

We are delighted to announce that the Journal of Population Ageing – a new journal for 2009 that is edited by Professor Sarah Harper and Dr George Leeson, Oxford Institute of Ageing, University of Oxford, UK, is available to BSG members at a special rate.

The Journal of Population Ageing examines the broad questions of ageing societies throughout the world, thereby stimulating discussion of North American, European, and Transitional and Developing World issues. It provides a forum for international, cross-disciplinary debate on population ageing, focusing on theoretical and empirical research and methodological innovation and development.

Although the Journal of Population Ageing does not usually have an individual rate, as a member of the BSG you can take out an individual subscription for just £40 a year. You can receive the journal in hardcopy or online, whichever you prefer.

Ageing & Society is an interdisciplinary and international journal devoted to the understanding of human ageing and the circumstances of older people in their social and cultural contexts. Ageing and Society is usually offered to individuals for £65 a year (print only) but as a member of the BSG you can take out a subscription for just £33 a year.
