Sarah is a Professor of Work and Employment at the University of Kent Academic Lead for Athena SWAN.
The well-deserved nomination was based on her academic excellence and research with impact and a major contribution to social science through managerial roles and capacity building: Head of School and Athena SWAN champion and work for the ESRC and other grant awarding bodies over many years.
