Discounted Registration Fees For Members of the British Society of Gerontology

Members of British Society of Gerontology will benefit from significantly reduced conference registration fees and will obtain all the benefits of membership for the year. Become a BSG Member today and receive a discount on the cost of registration. Please apply for BSG membership BEFORE registering for the conference, as you will be asked for your membership number. If attendees apply for BSG membership AFTER registering for the conference, no refund of conference fees will be possible.

All members will be required to enter their BSG membership number at time of registering.

Registration includes access to all conference sessions, including keynotes, parallel sessions and main social events but DOES NOT include accommodation. The conference dinner on the Thursday is included in the price EXCEPT for Day Ticket holders. It can be purchased additionally if you have a day ticket and wish to stay for the dinner. Carers accompanying delegates do not have to purchase at separate dinner ticket. All presenters will be required to register by the early bird deadline (1 May) to secure their place in the programme. The final deadline to register is 22 May. Please read our registration terms and conditions for booking, payment and refund information for all tickets.

We are working towards being fully inclusive and we endeavour to arrange events which reflect this. We appreciate your co-operation in meeting specific requirements and ask that you contact us immediately if you require additional information or support. If your attendance requires the company of a carer, please contact us to receive information on waiving conference fees. There is space to detail any requirements in the registration form.
