  • Oxford Brookes Venues are providing conference attendees single en-suite bedrooms, at a cost of £60 (not including VAT) per night to be paid for separately from the conference.

  • We estimate this is a 12 minute walk from the conference venue at Student Halls of Residence.
  • These rooms have shared kitchen and lounge areas and tea and coffee making facilities.
  • Breakfast will be provided at the conference at Headington Campus where the conference is being held, just five minutes walk away.
  • Free Wi-Fi is available and the accommodation has easy access to and from Oxford’s City Centre and major transport links.

Oxford is a vibrant city, steeped in history and with plenty of places to visit and good quality accommodation for all budgets.

Lower budget local accommodation in and around Oxford includes the Traveldoge on the Abingdon Road, the Travelodge at Peartree Roundabout, the Travelodge in Wheatley and Premier Inn (Oxford Cowley Hotel) but you will need to look up transport times and options to Oxford Brookes University.

The Leonardo Royal Hotel, The Oxford Voco Spires, The Randolph Hotel, The Old Bank Hotel , Malmaison Hotel Oxford and The Store all offer very good upscale accommodation options ranging from around £150 - £400 per night.

Please be aware that parking is very restricted in the city and on our campuses, and we strongly advise you not to travel by car unless absolutely necessary. Individuals are encouraged to use public transport including Oxford's Park and Rides. Oxford has recently introduced a congestion charge at specific times of the day.
